Xooctory needs to provide a way to adapt the UI to user roles in a flexible and fine grain way. The foreseen solution is to base UI display on a particular right rather than on roles, and use ACL to assign rights to roles, configured with the web UI. Xooctory would provide predefined ACLs and roles, but it would be possible to define new one or customize existing one. Almost all components in the UI should be addressable by this system. |
